Thalric Fenndrift, The Voice of Frostwit, stands in sharp contrast to Morrowtick’s usual restraint. A weathered halfling with wind-bitten skin and a perpetual edge in his expression, he carries the harshness of Frostwit in both demeanor and speech. His clothing is practical and worn, often dusted with salt and ice from the western waters.
