Shrivs is a 10-day transitional cycle that marks the final descent from Dimmik into the deep winter of Deepstill. The last warmth of autumn fades quickly, replaced by cold winds, bare branches, and the quiet stripping away of color from the land. Frost begins to form in sheltered places, and daylight becomes pale and brief, as if reluctant to remain.

Across Aeonyra, Shrivs is a time of closure and simplification. Harvesting ends entirely, travel slows, and communities turn inward to prepare for winter’s stillness. It is not a sudden change, but a gradual letting go—like the world exhaling its final warmth before settling into Deepstill.
